Small games, forged daily.
An independent games studio in Canada. We make small games with a daily ritual at their heart: a railroad puzzle on a real map, a shelf of brain teasers that change every morning, gentle games for two-year-olds, and now a candy-bright match-3 boss battler for your phone.
On the anvil
The two games we spend our days on.
Match, fuse, and fight the Apex.
A candy-bright match-3 boss battler for Android. Match cells to fill orders, fuse two neighbours into a twin-colour mutant, split it again with mitosis, and turn every combo into an attack on the Apex looming over the board.
The daily railroad-routing puzzle.
Connect every destination ticket with as few trains as you can, on a real map that teaches you the world. A new puzzle every day, the same one for everyone.
Released July 9, 2026

The studio
AlvaForge is a tiny studio. We like games you can finish with your coffee, that respect your time and your data, and that are the same for everyone so they are worth talking about. Everything we ship is free to play. The Game Sink's games are free with an optional premium account. Cell Fusion has optional purchases and ads, and its page says exactly which ads you choose and which one you can pay to remove.
