About AlvaForge
An independent games studio in Canada. We forge small games, and we ship them often.
What we make
Games you can finish with your coffee. Since 2026 we have shipped Railroadle, a daily railroad-routing puzzle on real maps; The Game Sink, a hub of 15 free daily brain teasers and gentle games for the littlest players; and we are finishing Cell Fusion, a match-3 boss battler for Android where two cells can become one and one can become two.
How we work
- Daily by design. One puzzle a day, the same for everyone, is a ritual and a conversation. Most of what we build has a day at its centre.
- Free to play, honestly. No game of ours is behind a paywall. The Game Sink's premium account is optional. Cell Fusion earns its keep with purchases you can skip, rewarded ads you choose, and a short ad between levels that the No Ads purchase removes; every price is stated up front, and paying is never the only way through.
- Your data is not the product. Our sites set no cookies. Our games collect what they need to work and say so in plain language.
- Small team, small games, big finish. We would rather ship a tight game every few months than a sprawling one never.
